BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Family vacation

The enclave condo was nice however, when we arrived we were told parking was first come first serve and the security said she didn’t have to give us passes. This was not as described and made it stressful to leave the condo. The nearest parking was over two miles away and 25 a night. This is an ISSUE!! It is not in the description so beware!! She said all condos are like that. NOT TRUE! I’ve been to many many condos and this is not as common as she said. If the parking was fixed, it would be four and five stars.

Amazing place to stay

No conplaints from the family of 5 (boys range 8-13 yrs old). The beach, pools, game room, parking, all of it was great! The cindo was so cozy, clean, and had all we needed!

It was a beautiful place. The beach was great. Could have had warmer weather but we can’t control that! Two things to make it better would be smart tv in living room. We could stream our U Tube tv only in bedroom. The chairs at dining room table needed to have sliders on them they were extremely noisy when moving. Sounded like a reach on chalk board.

We were thrilled with the condo location, large deck with a breath-taking view and quiet stay on the property. The cleaning fee for what we experienced was high. We found floors not properly swept and mopped upon entry. Friendly suggestions for future stay - especially for guests that fly verses drive. Hand soap at kitchen sink, extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for short stay people, salt/pepper shaker for home meal prep, small stack of beach towels and coffee filters. Although your information on check in, what items you had, I assumed a few things in the kitchen and small conveniences would be present. I would book this property again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you.

Great getaway

Needed some time to getaway and relax. Wonderful spot for it. Comfortable bed, great views. Fabulous porch to sit out on. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. Had an issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of within a few hours. Good communication the whole time from booking through check out. Would definitely recommend. Wwithin a few hours

I would have given a perfect 5 stars but…

The accommodation was very clean on our arrival. I had to call management immediately because the carbon monoxide detector was beeping due to low battery. They didn’t show up until the next day, but that’s ok because I also had to report a non-working toaster, which they immediately replaced along with the battery. I would also like to suggest you upgrade the sectional as it was pretty worn out and uncomfortable for sitting on. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay and I would stay here again!

Worst Condo

Immediately when we arrived we noticed the awful mold/mildew smell. It was so bad we had to put on fans and open windows. The beds were dirty, the showers were disgusting, as were the floors and couch. They sent a house keeper to change the linens, she was so amazing! She cleaned the showers as well. She let us know another company cleans sometimes (based on owners preference) and they can’t guarantee it. After she cleaned we found a roach about 2.5-3 inches long! I sent videos and a photo to the office email. They did nothing. Things weee broken. The dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and appliances were also dirty. The view was ok, besides the packed beach. It was also a really dirty beach. Cigarette butts everywhere! As well as trash. We cleaned up as much as we could every day. There is also two elevators for 14 floors. Sometimes they worked, other times they were down. Or one was down so you couldn’t get in. We needed up loading our cars via the stairs. I would never recommend this location or company. Many guest complained of the same issues as we did. I’d rather take the money we spent and go elsewhere. Save yourself the trip and worry. We also are all covered in bug bites. Praying we don’t have bed bugs.
