LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Enjoy family time in the cheery living room with a mounted flat screen television and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people at the kitchen table and additional seating at the bar with 4 barstools. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom with balcony access has a king bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows 6 people to enjoy this condo comfortably.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Boardwalk is a timeless Gulf Shores tradition. The 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

I didn’t like that I had to rush to get into town before the management company closed in order to get the door code. That could have easily been sent in a text or email regardless of when I reserved. The inside of the dishwasher smelled bad and there was a dirty utensil in it. The cleaning could have been better. The doorknob and deadbolt on the balcony door into the master bedroom needs to be changed due to the rusting of it. Master bedroom tv was glitchy and turned on by itself twice. Do Not understand why you can’t load or unload outside the main door. There was not enough parking in front of the building so I had to park across the street. There is no way I was going to haul all of my things across gulf shores pkwy. Overall we enjoyed our stay with just a few things that could be better.

The condo was very clean, up to date and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Loved the decor and the location is perfect.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for the most part! Located right next to a bar and grill on the beach and directly across from a Surf Style MARKET store that almost anything you could think of. The condo is on 2nd floor and a perfect view of the beach. It was clean EXCEPT the master bath shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Couch and chair in living room not comfortable. Beds were great. Great location. Workers working on parking curbs had seven spaces taken up in a small parking lot. Parking left alot to be desired. Had to park across street several times.

Great condo, conveniently located.

We reserved this condo last minute, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience. The mobile check in was amazing, and the ease of everything was welcome - as I’m a “mobile first” person. The condo was very clean, and had a great view of the ocean. The only issue we had was our own fault - we left some beach chairs downstairs and forgot about them, and the next day they were “missing”. We didn’t dock the condo rating on a part of our oversight. Everything else was great!

Great location!

Pros=Great location! Restaurant next door stayed busy from the time it opened until the time it closed. It has its own entrance right next door to the building. Waffle House is across the street, as well as a convenience store. Clean! Security guard on premises. Pool was cleaned every morning. It did get noisy sitting on the balcony sometimes from our neighbors, but inside you couldn't hear a thing. Cons= Not really any.

End of summer vacation

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and well equipped for all your needs. Bed was comfortable and view of water was great. The frontage could use a little help but that really the only complaint.

A wonderful beach front stay with beautiful inside decor!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. We felt like we were in someone’s home. Decor was beach related with wonderful quotes on the walls about life. Washer and dryer were awesome and so handy to use. Beachfront property allowed us to see the beach at all times and so handy to get on the beach quickly. This place is close to everything—good restaurants and close by grocery stores. Has an elevator if you can’t do steps too. Loved this place!! Did I mention that the king size bed was so comfy?? Just like being at home!!

Great condo

I must commend the security guards diligence in shutting out/up the party goers at 10 p.m. over the Labor Day weekend. I won't make the mistake of vacationing on the beach on a holiday weekend again. The condo was great: clean, comfortable and very attractive. Tip, if there on a holiday, sleep in the bedroom away from the beach - very quiet in there.

Everything was wonderful!

Loved decor of condo. Was very clean and layout of rooms convenient. Could have used a large mirror outside of bathrooms to allow someone to continue putting on makeup, styling hair, etc. Other than this, everything was great and we would love to stay here again.
