Morgan, Lovely front porch, Updated kitchen and bathrooms,Ample seating and comfortable beds.Cons: There appears to be a moisture issue with some of the walls- the wall in the double bed bedroom has visible damage and was soft to the touch. This bedroom smelled strongly of mildew making it very uncomfortable for the guest staying in that room. The wood decking under the outdoor shower/footwash is rotten and broken. It is situated in a very family-friendly neighborhood and is close to restaurants in Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores. The house is spacious, clean, and was comfortably furnished with everything we needed. May was great to work with! Interactions were very polite and responded to quickly and positively. This was a great family getaway and the property was just as described, no hitches. There were upgrades to the property and a lot of items (possibly too many) left for occupants to use. Some of the toys could be cleaned out for it to be less cluttered and some of the items in the kitchen that can't be kept completely sanitized (like toaster oven and spice rack) could be eliminated. We have made numerous trips to Fort Morgan over the last 15 years. This is our favorite house so far. It was simultaneously comfortable and inviting as well as beautiful. We had a lovely visit. We had five adults and two dogs and plenty of room. We will definitely try to stay here again. Loved the little niceties like travel size soaps and shampoos, and the hand soap and lotion at each sink, and the extra electrical outlets in the master bath. Games and books were available, too. And a wagon and water toys and a cooler were on hand for the beach. We didn’t have much room in the car this trip, so it was nice to have the extras already there for our use. ##### Linda H.
