Chic Beach Condo. GREAT LOCATION! Even though we’re in the heart of Gulf Shores our condo sets back a little off of Beach Blvd. so it’s not as busy and a little quieter. Our unit has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and is within walking distance to the sugar sand beaches and crystal clear waters.

Every room of our condo has been updated and newly decorated.
The main level Master Bedroom has a comfy KING bed, large closet, dresser, and smart TV. The Living Room includes new furniture, flat screen smart TV with free Wi-Fi and DVD player. Continue into the remodeled kitchen with table and seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and stocked with the necessities of home.
Downstairs Bathroom has tub/shower combo and a new stackable washer and dryer. A unique, kid friendly spiral staircase leads to the fun feature of this unit, THE LOFT.. Colorful curtains allow you the open feel to the Living Room below or pull the curtains closed for privacy. The loft has a QUEEN size bed, and there’s a BONUS ROOM. The loft has an attached media/kids room with full size futon and its own attached bathroom with a shower and closet.
There is covered parking for one car, if you have an extra vehicle there is additional parking in the boat launch parking lot. *Condo is located on the 2nd floor, therefore there are outdoor stairs, no elevator.

Enjoy all the benefits of being located on LITTLE LAGOON and all it has to offer. Whether you want to bring your kayaks, paddle boards or personal watercraft, to enjoy the water, the boat launch is ready for your use. You can also fish off the pier or the shore, either way there are over 64 species of fish just waiting for you! If you’d like to relax in the sun or go for a swim, take advantage of our large pool with its crystal clear water and surrounding deck with lounge chairs. The BEACH, just a short walk away, is always calling you no matter the season! There’s nothing like sticking your toes in the white sugar sand, taking a dip in the Gulf, or taking a walk along the shoreline.
Pier 33, a grocery/convenience store, has it all and is conveniently located right around the corner from us for anything you might need. They also have a coffee shop right above the store along with delicious pastries to go along with it. You can also Stroll on down to one of the nearby restaurants or various shopping spots.

Very nice property. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook in most of the time. Great location. Close to many restaurants and the beach. Had a couple minor issues but Dan and Cheryl were very prompt to take care of them. Very friendly and helpful. It was a nice place to get away from the cold for a couple of months. Perfect stay
This was our first time using vrbo. It was an easy and smooth experience. The property was excellent and exactly how described. It was a super quick trip for a concert for us so we only stayed one night but we will definitely rent again in the future. Extremely clean and one of the most affordable places we could find. Definitely recommend!

Overall, the experience was amazing. Sure the Tropical Storm put a damper on beach time but the location amazing, the condo itself was very very cute. The downside… parking is very limited and not very visible. Had to drive around the parking lot to find the (1) reserved spot.

First time to gulf shores. We needed a break from the Wisconsin winter and COVID lockdown. Location was great! We worked the first week. No issues with WiFi. Spent the 2nd week relaxing quietly on the beach. Loved it! Owners were great!

My children loved this rental property. It was the perfect beach location! We had plenty of room for all of us and the condo was very clean. There was an incident where we thought we might have left some items behind and the property managers were quick to respond and were so friendly to speak to. Highly recommend!

It was everything it said it would be online
The location of the property is excellent!! Everything you want to go is within walking distance. Property was clean and nice and cozy. It was definitely home away from home. All necessities from home were available. From utensils to cookware even to the wine glasses 😊😊 we are already talking about booking for a full week next year. Property owners always responded and were willing to assist in any way possible. 5 out of 5 in my book!

I'll never use this company again.
I paid for this rental in early January I traveled 4 hours when I arrived I couldn't get in my code didn't work then when they gave me a new code opened the door and someone was at the rental so it was a bad experience. The owners were very good people overall she made it convenient to find me and my family a place to stay so that we didn't have to travel back home cause it was late and cold If you didn't find anything Vrbo is because I didn't stay cause when ai arrived there it was occupied by another person. Yes I came but we ended up having to stay at a hotel instead and yes Vrbo you knew about it .

The property is exactly as listed and a short walk to the beach. It was super clean and had enough space for my family of 5 to relax. Daniel & Cheryl were awesome hosts. Great location, cozy place.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. I sat on the porch and watched a baby fox every moning come out to eat, so I had to feed it. A man within the condo said it comes out to eat and leaves every morning. Access to the beach was a quick walk across the street. The location of condo was minutes away from all the hot spots. Our son and his friend loved swimming at night. All in all, everyone enjoyed their stay. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed your condo so much! It is in a nice location with a nice pool and beach access just a short walk. You can see the Gulf from the front porch - I enjoyed this every morning! The decor is so cute and makes you feel at home. Well thought out and planned for guests needs. The owner is very approachable and worked with me on making changes to our stay. She was easy to contact and responded quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again! 😊

Stylish with comforts of home
This unit is well maintained and very comfy. It is on the second floor with no elevator. 😱 That was my only fault with the place. Owners were super helpful prior to my stay.
