  • A small condo complex with only 12 units. A short 10 minute walk to the beach & all of Gulf Shores most popular attractions. Updated kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathrooms & more. Beach wagon & other beach equipment provided for guests use.



    Spend your day at the beach & nights at the swimming pool while cooking your dinner on the provided grill. Wanting a little more excitement? Check out the the local amusement parks, night life, shopping or local parks & recreation areas.. Many restaurants are less than a mile away with sidewalks and a bike path on the lagoon side.

    NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE

    Please note we are unable to rent to anyone under the age of 25.

    **Fishing : **YOU must obtain your own Alabama fishing license. This adorable condo is in a perfect location to access all the activities & attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer.

    Two assigned parking spaces and a few additional spaces that are on a first come basis.



    *** Please note that we have a double CORDAROY beanbag/bed and NOT a twin trundle. VRBO does not give the option to list a CORDAROY bed. Linens for this bed are provided.



    ***Daily parking at the West 10th Street parking location Zone # 88115 (Gulf Shores parking fees required & not included in rental) These are a first come basis and not a guaranteed spot.

Close to the beach, wonderful condo for the price. Also, has a pool which is a bonus with kids. Communication was top tier when I had questions before booking. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Took a quick trip for my birthday, super close to the beach and definitely walkable. Not far from loads of restaurants as well. Great communication from homeowners, and very clear instructions.

The owners were so delightful and got me in quickly after I had a hitch in my stay elsewhere. Very cozy. Would love to stay the whole winter!

great place

older place but very nice. looks like it has just been remodeled, had everything you needed to make it feel like home. my kids enjoyed staying there. just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and fun places to take the kids not far away, within mins. over all a very comfortable place to stay. i would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. It was nice to be on the ground floor and just walk straight in. I love the way the kitchen was set up and it had everything we needed. It was a nice quiet place and we drove to the beach and always found a parking spot. We hope to come back here sometime.

The location was absolutely amazing and in the center of all sorts of restaurants, activities, and the beach. The hostesses had excellent communication to ensure our stay was perfect. Will definitely be coming back again!!
