The property is uniquely designed and was better than what I imagined! My kids loved the bunk beds and the tv that went with it. They were so excited to watch DVD’s again. 😁 the condo had everything we needed. The Keurig was a nice touch. I could see the beautiful ocean from the balcony. Such a wonderful view to wake up to! The hot tub was very relaxing and kept me content while the kids played in the pool. I definitely recommend this place. It’s on the strip and walking distance of the restaurants and Island Markets. It was perfect for what we needed and our size family. We were looking for something that wasn't as expensive as staying on the beach, but close enough to walk if we were able to go. Short walk to the beach. Baseball took up most of the time so we did not get to go during the day! But it was a good location to all the fields we had to travel too. Good mix of live there owners & short time renters. Made several new friends at the pool/hot tub. Repairs were being made to various areas due to hurricane Alice that rolled through the FL panhandle & Al. Workers were polite, efficient & did their best to not put anyone out that lived there or just visiting. Owners were in constant contact with what was going on & what we could expect. Our unit was thankfully not impacted like some of the others. Owners & Us were very fortunate in that respect. Great rate & location was perfect for us. Last building across from Gulf State Park. Enjoyed being close to everything, but not too close. Would definitely book again if we are heading that way in the future! ##### Michael R. Don't bother bringing a beach cart as the sand is too soft for even the larger wheels. The distance from the street to hard sand makes it a tough trip! Carry everything and you will thank me later.
