Summary: What makes this Boardwalk Condo unique? \- Large outdoor heated pool beach side! \- Comfy mattresses! \- Awesome 7th floor sunrise and sunset views! \- Alot of outdoor cushioned furniture on the private balcony! \- Blackout Blinds on every window and door! \- Right beside the famous Sea-N- Suds Restaurant and Tiki Hut right on the beach! \-Short walk to "The Hangout", & The "Pink Pony" (beachside restaurants) a long fishing pier \- professionally treated for insects/pests, mold/mildew prevention, etc. The Space: Very spacious with an open floor plan that allows ocean views from the full kitchen (garbage disposal, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range, blender, toaster, etc.) dining room & living room combo, master bedroom and master bath! Plus master bedroom ceiling fan, full length mirrored closet doors, full private bath, TV, a very comfortable Cool gel mattress , sitting area beside Beachside window, Blackout Blinds and private balcony door, etc etc.! Absolutely zero communication with owner, and I made multiple attempts. We arrived for check-in 4:30 pm. We opened the door to a pile of dirty towels, dirty dishes, no linens on bed and nasty bathrooms. Spent the next three hours communicating with various VRBO who also could not get the owner to communicate with them. We loved everything about the property. It is close to restaurants and has a market right across the street, right on the beach, and plenty of space for a family of four. The pool is heated and there was always a security guard on site. We did have an issue with a unit on a higher floor having the water heater leak. Building maintenance was there before we could even call anyone and did their best to not disrupt our trip while addressing the problem. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Sharayah M. When we got to the condo the key pad on the door was not working. I will admit that in that moment I was flustered. We had a very stressful week leading up to our vacation as well as the actual trip to the beach. While I logged into the app to reach out to the owner another condo owner saw we were having issues. She went and got the maintenance guy for us, who was very helpful and friendly. He reassured us there would be a way to get us in. Between he and the owner they were able to get an onsite manager to let us in and give us a temp key. They determined the unit needed a new key pad, so the following day we did have to spend a few hours at the condo while this got changed out. Luckily our kiddos are older so this did not stop them. All in all everyone was friendly, worked quickly and all respected our time and that we were on a family vacation. As for the condo itself, it is super cute, very clean and comfortable. The location of the condo is perfect! You are within walking distance to places to eat like the amazing Sea n Suds and the Hang Out. You are one door away from the elevator which takes you down to the pool and beach access. Everything in the condo works well and the kitchen is stocked with small appliances, dishes and pots and pans so you can definitely save money by eating in. Our only complaint is with the cleaning crew. It was not horrible but the outside patio looked like it had been missed prior to our stay as the table had coffee spilled on it. Nothing major but if there is a cleaning fee you expect it to be 100%. There were a few more minor issues with cleanliness, but the location more then makes up for the minor imperfections. It is right on the beach and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants.
