"We had a nice 1 night stay in sauna cabin. Overall stay was positive and it was okay value. Would I stay again... Yes I would. We did have one problem and that was our check in. I do understand that the check in is not until 3pm but If customers arrive early maybe you could try to prioritize the cleaning so that you clean those cabins first where you know customer has already arrived. "We loved staying at this hotel! We enjoyed the building's quirky history and how the hotel incorporates it into the experience. Meals were fantastic. It was amazing to have breakfast, fika, and dinner included with the stay. That alone made the hotel worth it, but the facilities were excellent as well. Our standard room was spacious enough, and the heated bathroom floors were so nice! Beds were comfortable! We scheduled a private sauna session. Those facilities were nice and clean. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the ferry to Suomenlinna Island, and there is a tram stop at the hotel that is immensely convenient. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and amazing. We highly recommend!"
