Welcome to your dream waterfront escape. This newly renovated, custom-built home offers three bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths—blending luxury and comfort across every inch of its thoughtfully designed interior. Whether you’re floating in the private saltwater pool, gathering around the firepit beneath the stars, or launching a paddleboard from the deepwater dock, this is the kind of place where vacation memories are made. Inside, you’ll find bright, open spaces, upscale furnishings, and designer finishes throughout—all designed to help you relax, reconnect, and soak in every second of Soundside living. And when you’re ready for sand and surf, Pensacola Beach is just a five-minute drive away.  
  
The moment you enter, you’re welcomed by gleaming marble floors that stretch across every room and reflect the natural light pouring in from oversized windows and doors. Each space opens onto a balcony—every bedroom, every sitting area—blurring the line between indoors and out. On the first level, a spacious entry leads to a beautifully curated sitting area with two oversized sofas, a sleek electric fireplace, and a backlit LED feature wall that adds a soft, ambient glow. The room is designed for both gathering and unwinding, enhanced by a flat-screen TV and built-in SONOS Bluetooth speaker. Nearby, two king bedrooms each offer their own private ensuite with tiled walk-in showers, and their own balcony access—perfect for welcoming in the breeze. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.  
  
Up a softly lit staircase, the second level continues the home’s elevated tone. The heart of the home is the kitchen—striking and stylish with dark custom cabinetry, rich stone counters, and designer hardware. A large center island offers plenty of prep space and seating for four, while premium appliances, a bar area, and built-in coffee station make entertaining effortless. Just past the kitchen, the upper-level living space features a Restoration Hardware sectional and two swivel chairs that look out over the Sound. Here, too, you’ll find another elegant electric fireplace, SONOS speaker, and wall-mounted smart TV—ideal for cozy evenings or quiet mornings.  
  
Tucked just beyond the main living area is the luxurious primary suite. Designed for total comfort, it features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen Smart TV, private balcony access, and an elegant marble bathroom with a custom walk-in shower, separate toilet and bidet, and high-end finishes throughout.  
  
This level also includes a beautifully decorated half bath and a full utility room with washer and dryer.  
  
Step outside and discover your own private paradise. A saltwater pool—heated upon request—is nestled beside lush landscaping, offering plenty of space to lounge under the sun or gather around the propane firepit in the evenings. A second firepit with Adirondack chairs invites late-night stories under the stars. The expansive balcony wraps around the first and second levels, creating a seamless outdoor living experience. Enjoy grilling on the Blackstone or making pizzas in the outdoor oven, all while overlooking the private deepwater dock just steps away.
