"We really enjoyed our time in Maria’s place. She gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel at home. We loved all the space and the house and grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the garden including seeing frogs in the pond! It was very easy to get to Braga and Porto, wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you!"

"I was expecting, and have had, a far higher standard for the price. I wish I had taken more notice of the number of external photographs against interior shots as the only redeeming feature of this place is the outside area. The house itself is of a very low standard. Everything feels old. Not rustic, not traditional, not authentic, OLD! From the furniture right down to the cutlery, it all has a jumble sale feel you shouldn’t be getting for what is being charged. Something else to watch for in...

"De locatie is erg mooi. Er zijn meerdere huisjes los van elkaar staand op het terrein van een oud boerenbedrijf. Ons huisje was erg knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt + een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen en dat is een ontbijt dat grotendeels bestaat uit zelfgemaakte en streekgebonden producten. Heeeerlijk !! Er kan ook meegedaan worden aan het diner. "Everyone was so wonderful and helpful at the property. We could walk to the bridge, shopping, and several restaurants. We did not take an Uber while in town. The rooms were charming with an old world feel. The tall windows and doors, as well as the detail on the ceiling, were beautiful. However, the bathroom and kitchen were new, and the space was ample for two people. We will definitely book these accommodations again. "
