The location is perfect; right by the light rail and restaurants on the Ave. Communication via text with front desk is convenient. The cafe is right there for morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. The only thing was that the toilet was making noise which can be fixed, but overall it waa a great stay.

The hotel had been recently renovated and superbly done. The staff was very attentive everything that you wanted they were there to help you with. I have nothing but great admiration for this hotel. I will stay the next time I come to Seattle here.!

I paid over eight hundred dollars for a room on the water with a view and mandatory valet parking. I got a room on a water with a view of a neighboring dock with stacks of palets, and the next morning a giant cruise ship right outside the window. The location is great, and the hotel has so much potential, but it is very, very tired in bad need of renovations and modernization. Extremely overpriced for what it actually is.
