"We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. "This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately.
Otherwise a perfect experience!"
"We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. "Empfangsbereich unpersönlich, Glasscheibe mit kleinem Schlitz zum Durchreichen. Mobilhome- keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher (wurde nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage beschafft). Wasserarmaturen tropften, Wasserspülung WC wenig Wasserdruck. Küchenutensilien mangelhaft. Swimmingpool konnte nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden. Im See baden ging leider gar nicht, da durch Algenablagerung verschmutzt."
