Former salt worker's house, completely renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule and Pouliguen.
Terrace and enclosed garden of 70 m² facing southwest. Private parking on the property, parking possibility in front of the gîte.
Ground floor: beautiful fitted kitchen open to cozy living room/living room, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate WC.
Floor: 2 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x190 beds).
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair.
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets and towels.
Not included: tourist tax and cleaning service. Electric car charging station available (additional charge).
Animals accepted (2 maximum - deposit €100 per animal).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

Séjour parfait
Séjour parfait. Nous n’avons fait qu’une nuit mais cela aurait mérité d’y rester.
Le gîte est très accueillant, parfaitement propre et rénové avec goût. Nous recommandons à 100% ( 6 adultes parfaitement conquis). L’hôte, Marie est également à la hauteur d’un accueil plus que parfait. N’hésitez pas à réserver.

Excellente adresse, ne pas passer à côté !
Magnifique séjour dans cette ancienne maison du 18ème, idéalement située au calme, proche de tous les lieux de visite.
Les propriétaires sont sur place pour l'accueil, ce qui nous change des codes et boîtes à clef.
Tout a été bien pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des hôtes.
La cuisine est très bien équipée...merci pour les cadeaux appréciés par petits et grands.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la qualité des salles de bains attenantes aux chambres.
Marie nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses et nous avons passé un excellent moment à la crêperie de Guérande La Flambée.
Bref, tout était parfait.

Bien venu chez nous
Tout est fait pour un séjour résolument tourné vers le plaisir du locataire. Accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. L'ensemble de la prestation est de très bonne qualité. Chaque chambre avec douche et commodités est un véritable atout.
