The room was fine, small, clean, simple, good bed, tv. Very old fridge. The staff was excellent, friendly and kind. The only problem is the noice at night when you have a lakeview room. There is a nightclub close by with live music till midnight, so you can dance in your room tonthat sound

Un lugar acogedor, muy bonito! Mala experiencia porque no pudimos descansar bien por una actividad en la plaza y la musica demasiado alta no nos dejó dormir hasta las 3am. En el cuarto, todo bien menos la cama que los matress son muy duros.

Para el menaje en las habitaciones lo tendremos como sugerencias a la hora de realizar mejoras

Windows were broken. No elevator. Room stark and no personality or decoration at all. Not even a chair to sit in. Bed and wardrobe. Staff were very nice.

great location, right on central square. If you stay in a unit facing central square It's a bit noisy at night. I stayed in unit 402 (facing central square) and had issues with shower water pressure and temp. also, if you want your room to be cleaned, then leave the apartment key with the receptionist, because otherwise they will not clean your room. at check in, the receptionist forgot to mention that.

Good hotel, at a good price in great location
This is a nice little hotel offering clean rooms at a really good price. The location is great, right by the main square. Although we were central and it was a Saturday night the room was reasonably quite. We had s lovely big window with a view of the lake. Check in was pleasant and straight forward. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, if you have heavy bags I would reccomend requesting a room on a lower floor as there are a few stairs. We didn’t have the free breakfast as we weren’t told on check in and we didn’t see a breakfast area as the hotel is small. We were given the token just before we checked out. But it is at a cafe across the road. We were leaving early so this wasn’t really a problem, but it would have been better to be given the voucher on check in.

Muy amables, lo unico fue el ruido del Parque pero no es un problema de atención sino del gusto personal. Muy limpio, agua caliente, espacioso y luminoso. El desayuno es bueno: jugo, bebida caliente, huevos, arepa, tostada y quesito.

Frente del parque
Hotel sencillo de tres pisos sin ascensor, los cuartos limpios pero sin mucho confort! Falta una mesa de noche y más almohadas! La atención muy buena y gentil! Nos permiten salir a las 3pm sin costo adicional. Ubicación muy buena frente del parque y la iglesia! Delicioso el restaurante Don Oscar a 5 minutos a pies

Nice little hotel in the main plaza of town.
El hotel está limpio y bien organizado, y el personal y el servicio fueron amables y serviciales. El desayuno estaba en un restaurante fuera del hotel, pero estaba bien y la gente allí también era flexible. Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una gran experiencia.

Las personas en la recepción fueron amables, consideradas y de mucha ayuda a mis preguntas. Muy contento en general y el hotel bien cuidado. hay pequeños detalles que se notaron, pero. no quitan nada al hospedarse en el. Hay hoteles 5 estrellas que también tienen detalles que se notan, y son buenos hoteles !! Felicitaciones. Lo recomiendo

En realidad me fue muy mal en la habitación del lado la señora del hotel le prestó la habitación a unos músicos por más o menos 10 horas , en la cual entraban más de 12 personas a bañarse gritaban se reían tomaban y tocaban instrumentos ... por lo anterior no pude dormir y le dije a los del hotel y no hicieron nada me pude dormir a las 2 de la mañana que se fueron .... y para rematar en el parque había orquesta y la sentía en mi oído
