もう少し安ければ、すばらしいホテル

周辺の同価格帯(と言っても、ここより若干安い)とだいたい同レベルのホテルと思う。訪問先が近辺なら、選択肢のひとつになると思う。個人の好みによると思うけれど、ビジネス出張では活用頻度が高まるバッフェのメニューが口に合わないものが多いので、洋食を中心にメニューを充実させてもらいたい。和食は日本人の口に合うものを用意するのは難しいし、中華だとどうしても現地スタイルの物が拡充されるので、拡充するなら洋食が最適と思う。昼、夜も同じバッフェを利用したが、スイーツが周辺ホテルに比べると、充実している上においしい。(残念ながら、朝はない。)機械式サーバーだけれど、イタリアンカフェが、結構おいしい。このあたりのホテルはコーヒーがおいしくないのがとても残念。ランドリーサービスは、午前11時までの集荷で、午後6時までのリターンが通常サービス。

整體上, 是間不錯的飯店, 但早餐的服務有待改善

清潔度/飯店設施/飯店位置都不錯, 整體上, 是間不錯的飯店, 但在住宿期間(6晚)還是有些不盡人意的事發生, 在早餐就發生3次還沒用完的情況下, 餐具都被收走了, 且早餐的服務員態度感覺有點愛理不理的樣子,用餐時沒有客人用餐的感覺(不太會形容), 簡單說就是整體的服務不到位.

性價比高的酒店

以大眾化的價錢, 入住ACCOR GROUP 的酒店, 整體體驗不錯, 房間乾淨 不過, 房間的WIFI接收不穩定,而且覆蓋面亦不夠, 有些地方接收不到 日式餐廳放題食物質素很一般, 反而早餐的自助餐, 絶對可以接受

費用在網上訂房跟自己打電話訂房差不多, 只是網上訂房, 不包括早餐, 自己致電酒還好一點 另外, 已經表明不吸煙, 但房間全是煙味, 酒店刻意調低溫度來騙人 唯一可取, 服務尚可

落ち着いた雰囲気だが、どことなくチグハグなホテル

外資系系列のホテルらしい、落ち着いたたたずまい。残念なのはその雰囲気にそぐわない中国系と思える宿泊者が周辺の他のホテルと同様に多いこと。バッフェレストランの出入り口に、子供用の遊戯具があって、子供たちが声をあげて遊んでいる風景をほほえましい情景として見られるかどうか、がポイントになるかな、と思う。出張で宿泊している身では、こうした風景は疲労を倍加させることのほうが多いので、そうした意味では単身出張者向きではないのかもしれない。他のホテルも同様なのでやむをえないとは思うが、雰囲気が良い分、落差も大きく残念に感じる。また、2階の宴会場と思われる場所から大音量の騒音が上層階の部屋にいても遠くに聞こえ、落ち着かなかった。21：00ごろにその騒音も止まったので、許容範囲か・・・。騒音などが気にならないアグレッシブな人には、良いのではないだろうか。

使いやすいホテルです。

東莞に行くときには、いつも利用している。ほぼ快適。①日本語版のNHK-BSがない、②4基あるエレベータが恐らく1～2基しか動いていないのが、若干のマイナス。あまり気にはならないが…。

Good hardware with poor service standard

the place is nice. the hardware in room is great. but they always keep the cafe beside the lobby very dark. restaurant is bad in the quality of food and service.

Great value in Dongguan

Newer / well maintained hotel part of the french chain Accord. Go with Executive room (best value in my opinion). Avoid the Japanese restaurant on the 3rd floor at all cost. Breakfast buffet is above average for this type of hotel but not as good as Shangri La if you're familiar with that one. I'm big on pasteries and I was disappointed, its a french hotel, they should hire a french pastery chef!!! Overall great hotel for business travelers.

Estuvimos con mi socio en plan de negocios y desde la llegada nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, a pesar que no hablamos mandarin, pero con su calidez humana que reflejaban nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente como en casa a pesar de estar tan lejos, las habitaciones siempre impecables, tan pronto saliamos entraban a hacer el aseo, lo recomiendo, desafortunadamente un poco retirado de nuestros contactos pero con la amabilidad de el personal eso se soluciono muy facil, que servicio :9.5/ 10
