This place is amazing and right next to the church ! The only thing was that there is no air conditioning but if you asked they provided a fan to help!

This property was clean and well staffed and friendly. The staff even looked out for us and made sure that we found our way around and back to the hotel since we were not familiar with the area. The property was so convenient since it was walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. I would go back there in a heartbeat

I booked a room with terrace and enjoyed beautiful view during my stay. The hotel is very close to center of the town, so you can hear every noise(laughters, bells, people singing) from the street (this is good or bad depends on your preferences). The hotel itself is quirky, with many steep stairs and no elevator. My group is young and find this experience interesting, but it may be troublesome for older people. Overall its a good experience, don't miss out the terrace room! it's worth it

Corazón Mexicano
Hotel is really nice and clean. Just a walk from all tourists areas and attractions. I do however not recommend it to people with back and feet problems because it is a steep walk and lots of stairs.

Downtown beautiful view
Friendly staff only bad thing is the parking but they find a way to send you to a different location and send a shuttle to pick you up. Besides that beautiful comfortable great location breakfast is delicious.

this property has a good location, buuuuutttt it is situated on a VERY INCLINED STREET,,,, for elderly people almost impossible to reach . there was A LOT of noise from cars, dogs, even people talking down the street could be heard, the bathroom was soooo disgusting, water didn´t went through the shower drain, andl the whole porperty smell very very bad, we had to leave after 2 night and go to another hotel........sorry, I know it´s a 2 star hotel, but it was too much

El hotel es bonito y limpio, está muy bien ubicado. Tener en cuenta que está en un lugar con calles inclinadas si van personas de edad o con discapacidad. El baño demasiado pequeño en nuestra habitación. Staff muy amable. Desayuno sabroso

Our room had amazing view of Guanajuato which we really enjoyed. It was a little difficult to find but it’s a convenient location near El Callejón del Beso. The staff was really helpful especially when helping take our luggage upstairs since there’s no elevator. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very safe controlled access. Our taxi had trouble finding it. Hotel is down an callejon (alley) you need to walk down steep stairs, Breakfast was included and very good. We left our luggage in storage as our flight was late at night. Recommend

This hotel is like new, apparently a historic building recently remodeled into an interesting hotel. Very conveniently located, if you don't mind walking Guanajuato's steep roads and alleys. Town is a block or two away. The free breakfast is excellent, as is the view across the town. Staff people were very helpful.

I cancelled this property at the hotel and through expedia, yet I was still charged! The room layouts are odd, but it is close to the city center. It is NOT walkable unless you climb mountains every day, as the alley up to the hotel is straight up the hill, and impossible to drag up a suitcase.

The location is very close to the center of town so that is a positive. But it is up a very steep hill, coming back from the center. The room was barren, and had very bright overhead lights that reminded me of a jail, interrogation room! This water in the kitchen sink did not work. there was no stopper for the drain in the bathroom sink. This hotel was just a quick stop over on our way from San Miguel de Allende to the Leon airport. It was also very inexpensive.

The property is a doable hike from the central location, close to great restaurants and sites and taxis. Rooms are clean and freshly painted. This is an older hotel that has undergone renovation, but is well maintained. There is one loud barking dog in the front alley that was a problem in the early evening, but it stopped after awhile. Door locks are excellent and we felt safe.

Excellent location and view. Don’t expect to cook in the kitchen as there are no utensils, bowls or pots. Breakfast included was very basic but acceptable. We would stay there again.
