Some of the front desk are nice. But I think the other front desk lady changed my room into a lesser better view last minutes. She took back the room card first given and wrote the new room number, erased the original room assigned.

The property met my company's per-diem limit. Plumbing needs a little work, but was functional. Comforter was filthy, needs a good bleaching. Parking was tight but adequate. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall property was clean and well kept other than the bedding oversight.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guam Plaza. The amenities were sufficient, but you could definitely feel that the hotel room needed an update. There was even painters tape in the bathroom where the maintenance staff had clearly just added some fresh touch up paint. After a couple of hours, I removed the tape. It was a nice crisp paint line 😀 At least they're good at what they do!

Guam hotel in lower Tumon.
Good place to stay. Close to the restaurant and bars and the clubs. but I didn’t like that the shower head was plugged up and taking for ever just to take a shower.
