"Les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos. C’est fait de bric et de broc avec des matériaux de seconde zone. Pas d’ascenseur et c’est haut par de petits escaliers. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Ménage fait - pzs très bien - un jour sur deux. Et passage de beaucoup de voitures devant l’hôtel. Un rapport qualité prix catastrophique !"

"It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel ."
"Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year."
"Good hotel. Staff unpleasant as a matter of personality -- better suited to be front desk at a bus station. As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession."
