  • New house located in the charming village of Gruffy at the entrance to the Bauges massif. Ideally located to visit the region: 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Aix les bains and Lake Bourget, 20 minutes from Semnoz.
    From the house you have an unobstructed view due west.
    The house is composed on the first floor of the living room / kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom (shower), separate toilets and a terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 shared space with a double bed and a bathroom (shower, whirlpool bath and toilet)
