Walk out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property including a private stocked fishing pond ready for you to fish or just enjoy the view. This cottage is one of the 3 cottages that we have in this property. Just minutes from a super Kroger, Walmart, Applebee’s, Longhorn steakhouse, Diablo, Alde’s, Fiveguys and many other restaurants. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. We strictly adhere to our cancelation policy. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance. We do have a private fishing pond on the property for our guests only. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. But Recently the water has gotten muddy due to rain and construction in the neighboring property. We are waiting for it to settle again and clear. Guests may bring fishing poles and enjoy fishing, but we cannot guarantee that guests will catch fish. Many wild deer are visiting our 16 acre property in the evenings and early mornings. They graze on the Many Deer are visiting this property during the day. They come and go as they wish. They graze in the pastures and drink from the pond . A variety of birds such as Blue jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, Woodpeckers... nested in our wooded areas in the property that we enjoy watching and listening to them. For health reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in fishing pond or drink from it (please see the Arial picture of the property for the fishing pond location). dogs must be on leash when they are outside. Our maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. All inquiries for longer than 3 weeks will be declined. All payments must be submitted and processed via this platform. We do not accept personal or company checks or any other methods. We still didn’t take advantage of the disc golf course, but we spent every evening outside enjoying the grill and the outdoor seating area with friends and family. Highly recommend! We agree that all of the reviews are totally accurate, it was a wonderful place and would rate it higher than 5 stars if we could. The hosts have thought of everything to meet the needs of a traveler. The place is small but not cramped, everything was clean and accurately described in the listing. The internet wasn't the fastest, but that is to be expected. Outside the cottage is gorgeous, and you can often see deer at night which is amazing. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Evans area! ##### Lainey F. Lots of little extras that made the stay extra enjoyable. Jasmine, the owner, was easy to reach and very responsive to text communications. The only recommendation for consideration would be one more lamp somewhere inside so all the lights don't have to be on at night when trying to wind down.
