"We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool. "The cottage was a great getaway for us to meet our friends! The 2nd floor balcony views are amazing and the furniture is comfortable enough to sit up there for hours looking out to the water and also for stargazing!! Definitely recommend this cottage!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"Had a 5 day get away with some friends for my 36th birthday. Was so lovely to adventure out in downtown fernandina, and relax in this homey rental. I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!"

Loved the kitchen, which was quite well equipped, and large enough for 2 people to work in. We loved the upstairs porch!! Easy and interesting walk into town."

"This property was perfect for 3 families with teens! We loved the two washer and dryers and hug kitchen island! We made so many new memories in the backyard with the pool, playing cornhole (that we brought) and having snores around the fire pit. It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants.
