"The staff is friendly. The noise from the construction ruined it. It has only valet parking and it was more expensive than Las Vegas. It only has one restaurant. You have to go out to get breakfast. Good room and view."

"Room clean, felt safe. Hotel located just off freeway. Easy to get anywhere you’re going. Only complaint is room had extremely low toilet. Makes it hard if you have knee issues. Everything else was wonderful!"

"Beautiful location right on the beach, relatively quiet other than expected hotel noises. Breakfast was good and they kept the food stocked during appropriate hours. There were a few ants in the room but I don’t really blame the hotel for that. Overall would come back!!"

"Overall, this a great place to stay. I've stayed here several times. The rooms and property are clean. You can not beat the location, literally just a few steps from beach access and a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Pismo. What it lacks in up to date decor it more than makes up for in staff friendliness and room & property cleanliness. "

"Absolutely incredible location and views. We arrived late (11pm) but enjoyed the coziness of the in-room fireplace. The room was clean, comfy and smelled clean and relaxing. Patio chair was missing a cushion, the other had a hole in it and an empty seltzer can was visible from under the hedges as we sat to enjoy the well-manicured grounds. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back. "

"Free breakfast was ho-hum, but at least there was coffee. The facility was terrific, with grassy areas and access to the beach."
