THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Due to the owner of the home having severely extreme allergies to dogs, no dogs/pets are allowed in this home unless the animal is certified through the ADA. Please be transparent when booking home if you do indeed have a certified service animal as to allow us to properly clean after departure. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. I love everything about this home. Very spacious and had everything we needed. I wouldn’t stay here again, because you have to pay for parking which is $50 because they offered things like beach golf etc. when we tried to go to the beach they said the weekend is parking was for residents ONLY. & when I arrived I got lost for 2 hours, gps does not work when ur in the gates community. ##### Kenra Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2025
