It's updated, clean and has a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The patio was nice with plenty of seating. And the kids had fun jumping from the rope swing off the boat dock and floating on the lily pad. They also loved the pool table/ ping pong table. The house and deck are large enough for family to hang out and visit and play! The pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. Nancy was terrific to work with and quickly answered any questions we had! Although we did have a small misunderstanding with the unlocked garage, when using it as a short cut for unloading from the driveway. The owner kicked us out after being there for 4 hours because we wanted them to provide pool balls and level the pool table. They told us to leave their house and said they will not refund our money. We came to stay with our kids that just graduated high school before they head off to college. Worst VRBO experience ever. We have never been treated poorly in any stay until using this host. Do not recommend staying here ever. Plenty of houses available for less money and at least you aren’t misled into thinking you will have additional entertainment that isn’t usable. Very sad that they couldn’t just refund the money since we had to pack up everything we had brought within 4 hours of being there at their request for us to leave.
