Descriptif trompeur, profondément déçu
Nous avions réservé une journée exprès dans cet établissement en fin de vacances pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine intérieure couverte et chauffée avec les enfants, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. À notre arrivée, la personne à l’accueil qui nous a accueilli nous informe que l’accès à la piscine intérieure fait partie de l’ensemble SPA, qui est accessible en EXTRA, au tarif de 35€ par personne pour 90mn (une honte vu l état de la structure) Impossible pour lui de nous donner les horaires d’ouverture et lorsque nous demandons de voir le SPA, la piscine intérieure est en mode hivernage avec la bâche bleu au dessus et tout est fermé. Nous avons essayé de contacter le service client mais sans aucun résultat car le service client ne fonctionne pas. Nous avions donc une journée complète à attendre dans nos chambres en sous sols sans vue sur l’extérieur, sans aucune activité… Les chambres étaient vétustes, la literie une catastrophe ( nous dormions sur les ressorts). Le petit déjeuner était correct, sans aucune fioriture. Vraiment à déconseiller.
