This comfortable holiday flat is located just 2 km from the centre of Grossarl in the picturesque Grossarl Valley in Salzburger Land. The flat, located on the 2nd floor, offers an ideal base for unforgettable holidays in both summer and winter. The inviting eat-in kitchens invite you to linger and are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself as you wish. The spacious bedrooms create a relaxed atmosphere for restful nights.  
A special highlight of our offer is the exclusive wellness area, which is available to our guests. There you will find a relaxation room as well as two saunas and a whirlpool, where you can unwind after an active day. For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski cellar with ski boot heating is available to store your equipment in the best possible way. Here you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or simply enjoy a marvellous winter hike.  
In summer, you can enjoy the marvellous surroundings with numerous hiking trails, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. The surrounding area also offers exciting excursion options, including the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, the city of Salzburg, the Haus der Natur, the Liechtensteinklamm and the impressive ice grotto.  
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
