"Not a waterfront property, it has a view of a crowded public beach at the base of a steep climb. The bungalows are cute and clean but very modesty furnished with cheap furniture, thin towels, and minimal kitchen. The owner won't provide a gate code so one often has to street park and drag self, groceries, and luggage up an arduous, steep climb. The restaurant is seldom open, in a week and coming and going I never saw anyone eating there. No window screens, lots of mosquitoes and no-see-ums to join in the late night racket from beach parties. "

The front desk manager, and the housekeeper, will do everything to keep the customer satisfied. The gardener, is constantly grooming the abundant green plants and the colorful flowers of the lush garden surrounding the property. My wife and I have spent three wonderful weeks at the HOTEL DOUCE VAGUE, and we felt at home.We highly recommend HOTEL DOUCE VAGUE for their top-rated beachfront location, the excellence of their services, and the reasonable cost of the stay.
