"Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "

"Very nice space, quiet, lots of amenities (i.e. a shop downstairs to buy food). A bit remote, which is not a problem if you have a car, and the best way to get into the city is to go back to the airport and take the FEX. Also, everything (such as opening doors) has to go through your phone, so you may be out of luck late night if your phone is out of juice. Other than that I'd certainly book it again."

"This was a perfect property for our family traveling with 2 large dogs. The bungalow had its own fenced in area which was perfect. The place had bunk beds for our kids and large bed for us as well as a couch in the living room. The patio was peaceful with a retractable awning. We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. "Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte.
