« The flat was clean and well appointed. My only negative comment was that I am very sensitive to scents and there were heavily scented products and incense used which I had to wash / put away in order to be fully comfortable. I would definitely stay again though! Property management was quite responsive when we contacted them for advice regarding the cooker. »

« We were visiting family in Hull for a short, unexpected while and found this flat last minute. The location was great and we easily walked pretty much everywhere we needed in Beverley itself, and the parking spot was an added bonus for our car (though it was a tight spot, our Vauxhall Corsa just about fit). The flat was well equipped with the basics, and very comfortable, and Katie was very accommodating and a delight to talk to when we had questions. Friday through Sunday night got a bit loud...

« Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things. »

« Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. »

« We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back »

« This is a lovely property. Nice and clean, well equipped and in beautiful grounds with lakes and wildlife. We enjoyed feeding the geese - and were allowed to see some baby chicks that had just hatched. Barbara was on hand to help with anything we needed, and had provided a leaflet with local things to do and takeaways that delivered to site. Excellent stay, we will no doubt be booking again. »

Perfect accommodation for Grimsby
"First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. The only thing I would add to the room is a small fridge. The breakfast (included in the price) offered many options. There are many shops nearby (including a supermarket) and some nice restaurants too. A great pizzeria is less than a 5 minute walk away and the train station is next door for easy access. Nothing else to say, really, I would definitely choose to stay there again."

"Bon hôtel au niveau confort et petit déjeuner copieux, un peu de difficulté quand on ne s'exprime pas correctement en anglais. Le bémol nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, le lit n'était pas prêt pour les enfants et les serviettes de bains pas prévues, problèmes réglés rapidement avec le personnel de l'accueil. problème également quand on vient en voiture, pas d'indication que l'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par le parking de la surface commerciale, j'ai dû tourner un peu pour voir que l'information du parking se trouve dans la rampe d'accès au parking."
