Villa "Norgreen 4" is located in Grimaud, on the green of hole number 3 of the Beauvallon golf course in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The 115 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine.  
  
Additionally, this villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. A club with several clay tennis and padel courts is nearby. The property is also close to the beach and public transport is within walking distance.  
  
Three parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. Towels and bed linens are available (for an additional fee). This property has guidelines to help you sort waste correctly; further information is provided on site.
