Lovely family apartment with views over Chianti Classico vineyards

La Vigna, max. 6 people (137m2), is one of five, completely independent apartments that comprise Villa Pecille, a sumptious agriturismo overlooking the beautiful Conca d’Oro valley and the vineyards of the Fontodi wine estate, on the edge of the medieval village of Panzano in Chianti.

The Villa was acquired by the owners in the late nineties and carefully restored and amplified the elegant 17th century building, respecting the original architectural style of the Leopoldine era. Five spacious apartments were created, each with an independent entrance and private outdoor living area. The guests in the apartments share only the surrounding gardens, the swimming pool and the parking area.

La Vigna is located on the side of Villa Pecille directly facing the Conca d’Oro valley, offering breathtaking views over the Chianti Classico vineyards, olives groves, woodlands and 180° views of the spectacular sunsets each evening.

From the large private garden complete with outdoor furniture and barbecue, one enters into a single spacious room composed of a living room and a dining area with fully-equipped kitchen, divided by a large fireplace (wood for burning is provided during the colder months).

La Vigna has three bedrooms. On the ground floor is a charming bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A French window leads out into the garden. Two other bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms with bathtub and shower, are located on the first floor, in two distinct wings of the apartment.

Two of the three double bedrooms can also be made up as twin bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and there is direct access to the private garden area
