« Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again. »

I also appreciated the location close to the landing, outlet mall, shows and most attractions. The best and most important part of my stay was the wonderful staff. « Only saw one staff member- upon check in and check out. 2nd floor smelled like mildew, coffee was awful as well as the orange juice downstairs ( tasted spoilt) seems like there are some improvements that are very small, but would make a huge difference. The pool was clean, and our room was as well, so that was a plus. »

« I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasn’t until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50 »

« We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it »
