Studio Apartment 'Eifel Magic' with Shared Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The 43 m² studio apartment in Greimerath, Eifel, accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a private, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. For your comfort, you have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, your own air conditioning, a TV with video-on-demand, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.



Enjoy your private balcony or relax on the shared, uncovered terrace. The spacious communal garden invites you to unwind. Thanks to the large panoramic window, you can admire the garden and the Eifel landscape and watch beautiful sunsets. A shared barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and table tennis offers entertainment.



There is a communal parking space at the house and a lockable bike room for your e-bikes and bicycles. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Please note that three dogs live on the property and move around freely. Two horses are also on the property and stay in a stable directly below the apartment in winter. Chickens and two geese live in a separate part of the garden.



The accommodation is centrally located and quiet with excellent bus connections right outside the door. The Maare-Mosel cycle path passes nearby—ideal for cyclists. The Lieserpfad, one of Germany’s most beautiful hiking trails, and the 28-meter-high Klidinger Waterfall are within easy reach. During your stay, you can enjoy herbs, vegetables, fruit from the garden, homemade jam, and honey. Childcare, toys, and children’s books are available.
