« The carpets in the room and hallway all needed vacuumed. No air conditioning in the reception area or the hallways. Reception area smelled very bad. Our room ac was off when we got there when it was 99 degrees outside took all night for room to cool off. The bedding was clean but there were minimal pillows on each bed. Just felt dirty. Didn’t stay for their breakfast only cereal and bagels. They had no coffee ready at breakfast. At least they had good tv channels but the audio was bad. Overall...

« Eventhough they're still going through renovations, they still provided a clean, comfortable room, with a nice indoor pool to relax in. Even when we had a small issue with our TV remote, they were right on it and replaced it within 30 minutes! Always friendly people, with great local recommendations for those of us that are from out-of-town. We've stayed here for years and will continue to enjoy their great service and wonderful breakfasts!!! »

« The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, but the housekeeping could use some improvement. Upon arrival, we found a hair in the bathtub, the toilet seat was dirty, and a hair on one of our towels, as well as a dead bug smushed on the back of the bathroom door. Ew. Aside from that, the place was fine as far as comfy beds, functioning tv & AC, was easy to park our trailer in and is cat friendly. Floors are wood in the room which makes things feel more manageable traveling with pets. »
