Staff is a bit rude ,beds are hard as a rock ,and overall room was not very clean.Plus elevators smell like marajuana both times we stayed.Will not stay again

Lady when I checked in at 4am was miserable and wouldn’t talk to me! Room was filthy…ice machine alone should have you shut down! Breakfast staff was very nice.

Great stay
The hotel is clean and nice. The room was excellent, and I slept well. The only issue I had was the giant incidental hold. $150.00. Can not wait til I get it back, I have never had a huge hold before. In all my travels in the US and out of the country.

As we walked in the lobby was not vacuumed. The hallways were not vacuumed lots of dirt all over the hallways. The room: The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. The rug in the room is dirty not vacuumed. The bathroom floor was disgusting I tried not to touch anything, and in the bathtub was hair from previous people. The hotel is very outdated. If I had the chance to get my money back I would look for another place to stay. The lights in the room didn't work, only in the bathroom and the room had a smell of the old wet place. Everything was dusty. So I left with a feeling that cleaning services only change bed sheets and slightly clean bathrooms. Online pi tired look much better than the real picture. Look for something else, don’t waist your money

My first room they gave me had a bad odor smell & soon as u open the door it smelled. I went back to front desk to get another better room becuz it was late when we arrived like at 1a coming from Chicago. The next room bathroom was dirty & I was so unhappy , dirty tape inside the bathroom tube & I was unpleased & the carpet was dirty . I want a refund back

I stay here about 2rimes a year. I’m starting to see some things that have been over looked and run down. A lot of stains in the hallways. The staff has always been amazing and very friendly. Maybe just a little clean up and some new carpet.

Always get hot tub suite. My job is very physically demanding, so its perfect way to unwind and relax. Staff is friendly. And ive never had a problem with other tenants.
