"This is a hotel in desperate need of some TLC. It functions alright, but it is in a quite a sorry state - and I'm putting it kindly. The staff are polite and responsive and it has a big, free carpark for guests, but the hotel itself is quite lackluster with many issues. While the standard room was a generous size and had a decent refrigerator and microwave, parts of the carpet in my room were stained black and I found a used floss pick by the corner of one of the 2 queen beds. The bathtub had a gaping hole where the overflow drain was supposed to be and tub had been poorly painted to cover how dreadful it looked. The small "fitness center" was anything but. It had a couple of treadmills that I didn't use, so I've no idea if they worked; but there were also a couple of strength/resistance machines that were so old, they hardly work; and not a single free weight in sight. There is a tiny breakfast room, which is fine, but the breakfast for the most part, while made with the best of intentions, is unfortunately sub-par: the usual scrambled eggs made from powdered or pasteurized egg blends and small sausage links, along with waffle/toast making facilities - thankfully, you can fill your refrigerator with food supplies and use the microwave to get something more decent. A hotel like this is a place you only stay at for functional reasons - it was closest to where I was going . It really needs upgrading. Nothing fancy, just some basic tweaks that can make a world of difference."

"Hallway has a moldy chloride smell. Room looks near but dont feel clean. Carpets feel sticky. When I first turn on bath water, it was black. I let it run for about 3 minutes before it cleared up. There is no breakfast. You can also smell weed inside the room if people are smoking in the parking lot. I would not want to stay in this property again."

"We recently booked few rooms in this hotel for our high school rocketry club boys who participated in the ARC nationals. One of the rooms had a leak in the shower tub - literally a black thick liquid kept coming out of the tub. Its disgusting/smelly and toxic. It happed at 9PM. When reported about this to the front desk, they said the emergency maintenance guy left for the day and will be back only at 8AM next day. So, apparently this is not an emergency? toxic liquid coming out of the tub! The boys had to adjust through the night in that foul smell. Next day went to the competition and came back. It is still not fixed. Not sure if someone came and tried and failed to fix or no one even showed up. Went again to front desk, this time is 7PM and the emergency maintenance guy is still available. He came and 'fixed' it. But, later when going for shower, it is again same issue, reported again, but, no one showed up. Next day withut showers and all, just checked out and left. This is the pathetic situation. No apology, no follow-up, nothing."
