Hotel could be nice if they would repair the back doors so they open properly with key and get rid of the extended stay guests that were very noisy and smoking something on the 3rd floor. The noise was awful all hours of the night. I could hear arguments and banging all night long.

Staff care!! Clean and comfortable
The staff really care about the place, people and services. I was greeted by the greeted by a friendly front desk woman. My room was clean. The woman handling the breakfast asked if there was anything I needed and upon check out they offered to print or email me the receipt. The manager/ owner was there at check out today and he really cares about his place.

We were there for a horseshow across the street. Super clean, people were friendly, good breakfast and bed was comfortable and clean. We did almost slip and die in the shower there was some shampoo or something on the floor.

There isn’t much to choose from in this area, but this is far from the regular holiday in express quality. There were no extra sheets or pillows for the pullout, there was a bloody pillow, the bathroom had hair and it was dirty, there was hair all over the couch, you had to go to the front desk if you needed something because the phones didn’t work, there was a roach in our room, the ice bucket was full of black mold. I would never stay there again.

The facility is pretty outdated. The staff wasn’t at the front desk a lot. Unfortunately the floor I stayed on was partying 2 night in a row and it was terrible noisy and dirty. It’s not worth the money!

First off if I stayed any longer than one night I would’ve been pissed ! Arrived around 9pm I was tired and had a long day . Absolutely no one around, rang the bell finally the front desk lady comes back from a bathroom break. For breakfast all the tables were dirty and the juice was empty. The breakfast was ok though! My room wouldn’t open twice I had to go to the front desk and wait for the lady , while she was walking around talking on her personal phone!! Nobody was professional at all ! No uniforms everyone just blended in ! I felt like the employees were lazy and nobody wanted to be there ! The hallway was dirty and the elevators had trash all on the floors with hot sauce packets! I didn’t rate it terrible because even though the hotel itself was a hot mess the bed was comfy , room was cool !

The property is being renovated and the staff was absent from their post most of the time. We did not have a chair to use at the desk in our room. All of the vending machines were not working.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Booked a double but when I checked in none were available had to get a king with pullout couch. Hotel is under renovation and has been for 3years per staff. Pool was closed and hot tub has been filled in with concrete. Overall room was great comfortable and pretty clean. For 1 night it served its purpose.

Great stay except for very loud guests all night
The customer service was good. The room was perfect. The only reason I give my stay a 4 is because our room was right beside the elevator and you can hear it all night and people were up going back and forth all night. Their children were running through the halls and they were all very loud. There should be some type of rule to not allow this all night. I will stay again but never will I get a room close to the elevator.

Weekend get-away to see family and friends. Upgrading in process, unable to get bath towels on day two had to use hand towels. Breakfast was going out the front door and fast right before our eyes, car's would pull up and plates when out the door. The room was nice, could use upgrade as well.

This is a property 1/2 way into a renovation. Kudos. But unfortunately she’s not being cleaned well, soda machines all out of product, bathroom was left 1/2 done but occupyable? Convenient, just off the highway but you need to expedite the renovation.

I know they were doing renovation BUT our room did not have a TV remote and no Closet to hang our clothes. The bathroom floor was dirty and some left food in the refrigerator. The breakfast was horrible. They only had a few bagels and and they were gone by 8:00. The amount of money we paid for this room I could of stay at the Hampton Inn. I am very disappointed at Holiday Inn Express.

Beds were super comfy. Paid for a king room with a jetted tub. When I got there, checked in to my room, I realized I was checked in to a room with 2 beds and no tub. Went down to ask about it and was informed they have no rooms with tubs anymore? So why are they listed at a higher rate?! Pool was closed. Hotel is having renovations. Breakfast area was so small. And there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to ask to replenish breakfast items.

Hotel was under renovation. No mention of this on website. Room decor was lacking. TV was on the small size. I wanted to use the fitness center and this too was under construction. I was shocked by tje mess I i saw in the fitness room which should had been locked to void any risks of an accident.

The beds are awesome! All of the amenities are under construction or not in use. Pool closed and work out room under construction. Steak restaurant within walking distance had good food.
