Nice place for a few families to stay!

The location was great for the event we were in Greensboro for, YMCA swimming national competition at the aquatic center. The property having a pond was fun for the kids to fish and explore. Plenty of yard to kick a soccer ball and run around during down time.

Clean and Convenient

This home was a great option when our Planning Team needed a meeting space near Greensboro. It was roomy and stocked with lots of amenities to make our short, overnight trip easy. We found it exactly as it was described online, and Betty was a gracious, accessible, and accommodating host. Great stay!

An Immaculate Home with a Wonderful Host

Soccer Match

We had a match in the area, and Betty hosted us at her property. Everything was great, and we had everything we needed. The spacious downstairs area allowed the whole team to gather and enjoy each other's company. Will be hoping to come back next year!

Perfect for our event!

By far the best experience I've had on this platform. The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Betty even helped supply extra items we asked for at very late notice. She was super responsive and cared about our comfort. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for large family

Beautiful property. Was the perfect place for our large family to gather and relax before and after a wedding we attended. Very convenient to the Greensboro airport. The host was very responsive, even to an issue we had late at night with an interior door that accidentally locked. There was no bedroom with three beds in it, but there was an air mattress available (we didn't need it though). We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful house

The property was perfect for our family gathering. The property manager, Betty, was great to work with & we had an amazing time! The kitchen was fully stocked with the items we needed & everything was very clean! My only issue was with the one bedroom listed with 3 beds. There are only 2 and an air mattress is available. Maybe other platforms do this as well, but they should only count the number of beds as furniture in the room. Overall I would highly recommend this vrbo!! We are planning to go back another time.

Great Property!

Our group rented this property for a golf weekend/ men's retreat and had a great experience. Communication prior to the weekend was clear and easy to understand making us feel very prepared when we arrived to the house. The house is loaded with thoughtful amenities to make your stay more pleasant. Betty really thought of everything that we may need during our trip. During our stay, communication with Betty was quick, with her answering our one question about keyless entry in a matter of minutes. She also checked on us during our stay, asking if we needed more of anything, and even offered to bring over additional coffee if needed. The house and property matched the pictures and descriptions, giving our group plenty of space throughout the weekend. There are large, central rooms on both floors allowing for groups to split up if desired for different inside activities. We had one rainy day/ night, but the screened in porch on the upper level still allowed for us to spend time outside. The house is larger than it appears from the road as you drive in and the property goes pretty far back, adjoining a lake. A great experience/ host!

Guys Getaway ACC Basketball Tournament

The host was an exceptionally responsive host. The host has literally thought of everything a guest might need! This place is great, absolutely even more than what I expected based on the pictures. Planning on staying here again soon.

Karate Tournament Weekend

Great property

This is the second time we’ve enjoyed this property and it works really well for a large group. We only had one hiccup with a keypad door that accidentally locked behind one guest, locking them out of their bedroom. The owner was very apologetic and recognized that the door codes needed to be more readily available. I expect that she has cured this for future guests.

Betty’s Place!

We were in town for soccer for a week and Betty’s Place was more than we could have ever expected! If we could give her and her property more than 5 stars, we would! The house was clean with plenty of room for our party of 12. It felt like home. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong table and the private pond in the back allowed them time to unwind and relax. They caught quite a few fish! Anytime we needed anything, Betty was there to promptly take our call and assist in any way she could to make our week relaxing, enjoyable, and fun! Thanks, Betty! If we’re ever back in Greensboro, we will be sure to contact you.

Short Stay Blown Away

The Host truly sets "A Standard" with her place and hospitality she provides! To say we were amazed is an understatement! Great Host/Communication: Betty checked in on us to make sure we made it in okay... which she did not have to do as we were not staying long. She was approachable and easy to communicate with. Great Location: Easy to get to & easy to find. GPS got us there, no hiccips. We found the place to be better than the pictures. Private and spacious. It's a really lovely property. It would be a great space for intimate weddings or events. Great Home/Experience: We tavel quite a bit, and this place proved to be a "Home Away from Home Plus". The place was very clean, smelled amazing, and the real plants were a beautiful touch. Every room was its own experience and could stand alone. The host did a great job! It was like 5 start hotel meets your favorite Aunties very very nice home, a worthy experience. We will be back! 😁

Thanksgiving Together

Enjoyed family friendly environment. Celebrating family with food, fishing and relaxation. The rental was perfect, nice rooms, good kitchen space and large yard, fully equipped rental, cozy and convenient location. Most of all, the property owner was very accessible and answered all my questions. Rental felt safe, clean and inviting.
