"Room was not ready at check in. Wrong key several times, wrong room type 3 times and finally the last room had no bedding nor comforter. After four tries at correcting the issues and finally getting a room, without the bed prepared or a comforter, with a non-working phone and foul odor, I left the property and found a different hotel. The issues at check in combined with the poor room condition left me feeling uneasy with the motel and its staff. I was happier losing the booking fee and paying for a night in a different hotel. "

"Not really the hotel's fault but the elevator, hallway and our room reeked of pot. "

"This was definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was super nice and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot early this morning. My overnight sleep was minimized by the loud people next door who were in and out at midnight. I do realize it’s a Saturday night and they have a really cool waterpark, but some people are just not considerate of others. Having dogs with us made it more difficult because with all the noise, they would bark and wake us up. Overall a great hotel that is convenient to the airport and I would stay there again. "
