I am a complete fool when it comes to classifying living things...guess I should have paid more attention in biology class...my bad. I know it is a bird and that it eats things in order to stay alive and this fella was munching down when I took the picture. The fish below him wanted to get at the food, but I gather that the swan wasn't about to let that happen. Eat, float around and watch the sun go up and down. I mean, why is our life better than theirs? However, if it is landscaped nature you are wanting, then I suggest coming to China. This walkway which connects the street to the main gardens has a wonderful archway of swaying bamboo which turns the sunlight into wonderful shades of green.
