Hotel Staffs and Mangers are very nice, when I checked in, they processed very efficiently. The room is very clean, they even provide shoe mitt. Breakfast is excellent, many delicious dashes, all you can eat buffet. The hotel located in center of Kunming, Metro is nearby, a luxury shopping center just a few minutes walking distance, very convenient for shopping and fun. There is Tuo Dong sports complex nearby, I did my morning run over-there. Very happy experience in this hotel, I will definitely go back to it again, strongly recommended to everyone.

Facility is kind of old, really needs some upgrades. Hotel staff are super helpful and nice, location is great too, next to a major shopping mall. Breakfast is good enough with fresh salad and fruit options.

The staff provided excellent service and made me feel at home. The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient with shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel breakfast was very rich. The only hope is that the hotel facilities need to be further updated!，

Breakfast was pretty good, location quite central. Hotel is a bit dated and tvs are very small. No international channels. Other residents smoking in so called non smoking rooms was the major issues. Staff moved us and provided air purifiers and were very helpful but there was a strong odour of cigarette smell throughout. Remember a swim cap if you wish to use the pool. Delivery robots were very cool. Overall it was fine and staff were famtastic.

I stayed in a suite room at Holiday Inn Kunming and had a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There’s a dedicated workspace in the living area, which is perfect for business travelers. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having two types of pillows (soft and firm) to choose from. The shower had strong water pressure, making it very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near Spring City Mall, which makes shopping easy. If you’re looking for accommodation in Kunming city center, Holiday Inn Kunming should definitely be one of your top options.

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from two different subway lines and the main shopping area of the city. Getting from the airport was simple with a subway line direct from the airport to the city center. The hotel was clean with an ample selection of foods at their breakfast buffet. They tried with service but if you don’t speak Chinese it’s hard.

The night manager Teddy Tang was so helpful when I checked in late at night. He is friendly, courteous and very considerate. The manager in the morning Emily Lou is such a professional in hospitality. The entire staff worked as a team to make customers feel happy and comfortable. They are an asset to IHG. I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues .

Convenient with lots of eating places nearby and a shopping mall just within 10minutes walking. However, was quite disappointed that the room had a strong smoking odour left behind from previous customer, despite the no smoking signage placed inside the room. Breakfast is not included by default and is relatively expensive. However, staff was very friendly and helpful with our enquiries.
