Dear sir we are really sorry you didnt like your stay in our property. Every two years we buy new matresses for all our beds, so maybe because it was new you found it uncomfortable. As we address to couples we provide double sheets, if you wanted two single ones you could have asked for it. Βlankets are also provided on request, clients do not use them when we have 32degrees. As written also in our policy we change sheets and towels every 3rd day, you only stayed for two nights. The day we would change them it was you departure day this is why you didnt see it. But the cleaning lady re-arranged your things in order to take the dusk and the hair on the furnitures on daily basis. If we knew what was bothering you we might do something to make you feel better.
