Save yourself the headache!!!
Horrible staff!!! The woman at the check in is a total witch!! She was rude, not helpful. They do not have an elevator or a bellman to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staircase is marble and doesn’t have a rail, not safe when carrying luggage. The location is good but that’s about it. Oh, they did have a lifeguard at the pool (which was empty). Not worth the money at all.

The staff are great and very helpful the pool and breakfast were terrific. The only bad thing I could say is the room was not ready needed to be cleaned again I won’t say what was found behind the couch and near it but it was disgusting and definitely not cleaned. The bath had broken handle and lots of patch work that need to be done and paint to clean up. If not for the room issue I would recommend a higher experience but Staff are awesome and tired to fix it.

Thoughts on my stay
This hotel was one of the Ed I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The rooms were very clean. Just took a little long for hot water but that’s okay

This establishment has poor upper management and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The quality of the hotel is not worth the price. The headache and anxiety is not worth it either. Pick another place

Positives: - The rooms were basic but fine. Could have been cleaner but beds were comfortable. - The staff were very nice. - Breakfast was included - simple but good. - Airport transfers included - timely & organised. - Right next to a great restaurant, Compass. Negatives: - ONLY 6 SUNBEDS!! Not enough for the amount of people. - No sunbed cushions - incredibly uncomfortable - bad back all week. - No shade whatsoever. Would be solved if hotel purchased some parasols. - Building work took place out of hours - very frustrating when they are working on the apartment above yours! Woken up multiple times. - No full length mirror in the bedrooms. - The hotel is "walkable" to the town. Though distance is not an issue - it is close - but the walk is not practical, particularly at night. It is along a cliff face with a 1ft wall, no path and it is very windy. This would absolutely not be suitable for children. At night time, the route was badly lit so we succumbed to waiting at the taxi rank in town. The cars would swing round the corners so it did not feel safe at all. Mykonos has a taxi problem - you can only get them by waiting at the rank in town which can take up to 45 mins. If you want a taxi from the hotel, you need to book an extortionate private driver (3 mins in a cab to town costs €30!!). Bear in mind before booking! Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and it was cheaper than others but I would spend more and stay somewhere else if I was booking again.

The room was wonderful, we had a great view of the water and watched the sunset every night. The prices for mini bar were very high, and we ended up going to the minimart down the street to stock up on water and basic snack foods. The pool was freezing, all we did was jump in to cool off and then we had to get out. We are from Canada and I’m telling you it was cold! So that was disappointing because we had hoped to have a few pool days and soak up the sun while we were here. But otherwise it was a Greta place, very clean rooms and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Rent a car in Mykonos
Mykonos has taxi service problem. Young lady at reception helped to rent a car. Also reception girls provided me transfer shuttle service to and from port free of charge. Staff are very young but they act kind and professional. Room that we had, had an awesome sea view, it was a bit smaller than we expected. To many stairs to reach to the room, especially when coming back tired at evening. Elevators don’t serve all rooms. Breakfast is continental and complete enough. 15 mins walk to Mykonos town, but not very easy. There is no walkway on the road and it is usually extremely windy. So it is not suitable for children. At all we had a nice stay at this hotel.

The facility was great as was the service. Really excellent place. But 1 the sign outside blends in with stone and is hard to see. I passed it twice even while walking with my phone and mapping app out. And 2 it would have been much better with a car etc. bus service north of old town is not good and the street is is atop a bluff with no shoulder and only low 0.5 m (1 ft) in places wall. Not great walk on windy day and less so on dark night. Close to ferry dock but there is often in day sea bus between dock and old port town

We just finished our stay for three days. We were extremely pleased with our stay here being aware of some negative reviews that were posted. The hotel is located near the new port and close to Mykonos town. The staff was extremely helpful with picking us up from the airport, helping us book ATVs, and dropping us off at the port. Our room (27) was nicely updated. Housekeeping was great and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was better then expected. The lounge area on the 2nd floor and grounds were also updated in modern design. It looks like they were still updating the lobby area but everything was well kept. We didn’t make use of the pool but it looked nice when passing by. There’s a great view of the port from the second floor. As a frequently traveler and three time visiting Mykonos I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff was extremely friendly and always attempted to be helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Our room here was simply phenomenal. We had a balcony with sea views, and a tub in the center of the room with a raining shower. The pool & lounge area were very luxurious. Staff was attentive and helped answer all our questions. Strongly recommend to send a motorbike or quad, as the walk to the village is on a winding busy road. We would definitely stay here again for the value for money!

Property looks good outside. Room was in need of repairs, which were done the day after. Cleaning staff woke us up two mornings in a row for different reasons. There is absolutely no shade by the pool or sitting area outside. Transfer to airport was free and appreciated. Front staff was nice. Breakfast ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no extra mirror in the room, beyond the bathroom, and there is no door privacy for the wc in the room. Energy saving requires your room key be left in the wall so the air conditioning does not stay running when you are out of the room, making it a little uncomfortable in the mid day heat. Breakfast was very nice and the overall experience was great. It is located near a bus stop but the bus never stops at it so don’t plan on using that for transportation. Would stay here again.

Positives: near the harbour, walking distance to Mykonos town, close to bus stop, pleasant swimming pool and outdoors areas, standard rooms without frills, but ours did have ants, the third bed was a sofa, reaching the room with heavy luggage was a challenge because of steps and no available help, and although the hotel had appeared in the search including airport transfers they failed to respond to our email, did not come to the airport, and when we called and asked they said they only offered that for customers staying at least two nights, but they would be happy to send the minibus for an extra charge of 20 Euros. The already overcharged taxi ride from the airport to the hotel cost 15 Euros.

You’re way better off looking elsewhere. It was VERY VERY loud right outside our room EVERY morning and we stayed 4 nights and never slept in on vacation. There were power tools being used, loud yelling by the staff, and banging every morning literally 3 feet from our porch. Cars being washed, saws, and large messes made the views we paid for unable to be enjoyed and this and the quiet/luxurious description was the main selling point of the hotel as it was far from town and main attractions. They forgot about the pre-arranged airport transfer. The toilet was broken and the seat completely snapped off the toilet bowl. We escalated this and followed up daily but never got fixed during our stay. One night, the lights flickered ALL night (even when every light was shut off creating a strobe light) and the hotel staff did not even have the ability to remove the bulb for us... never got fixed. We got abrubtly woken up (and it scared us initially) to power washing our room door very early in the morning which was absolutely ridiculous. After all of these issues, they finally moved us for our last night which was okay. All in all, the hotel location was far from the town and there isn’t much to do in new port. the walk to town wasn’t very safe. Buses weren’t as convienent unless you got on from town. All the restaurants and shopping and activity are in town as well. Not a whole lot of positive things to say about this place. Management did nothing to help us and I won’t be back.

To stay focus on the hotel and not Mykonos. It was a great hotel. I don’t know the young lady name. She literally pull out the map and help me map out everything I can do with 2 days. Thanks you were awesome. The driver was great also. So from them 2 service was great. I have to say if I came back solo I would choose a hotel close to the action. Not sure if it would be as nice but taxi are expensive to get you there. Overall the hotel itself is nice I would say if you want to be in a nice a quiet area for sleep this is it. If you want to walk out the door and be a few steps away to a block from noise not the place.

Nice hotel need look into their fees.
Stay away if you can. Very nice hotel and next door you can go to Compass restaurant that has nice food and can watch the sunset. They really need to amend their refund policy. Also stay for 1 day instead of 2 and they still charge me for the 2nd night city taxes even after I ask to amend. The city tax was 3 euro. I gave them 5 euro and she was going to give me change for 2 euro. I told her I have change so I pulled out 3 euro coins. She took 1 euro plus 5 euro and say thanks city tax is 6 euro. Small things like that just shows greed to me and ruins the whole experience.

Newly renovated hotel. Good facilities, clean, friendly staff. SOme rooms do not get good Wifi. However, this hotel is close to the New Port, which means it in NOT close to Mykonos. That equates to a scary 15-20 min walk along a road with no sidewalks, the walk gets scarier at night with no lighting. There is the option to take cabs but those are very expensive.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful! It was super easy to rent an ATV and go exploring for the day, and the hotel coordinated it all. They also provided airport and port transfers which was super convenient.

We probably couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel seems new and is quite modern. The location is good in that it’s a 15 minute walk from the Town Centre (best get taxi back at night). We came back to a clean room everyday. Gorgeous views of the sunset over the sea and port from our room and pool every night. Also reasonably priced compared to other options. But most impressive were the staff who couldn’t have been more attentive or caring. They even gave us a lift and waited when my friend broke her arm (not at the hotel, out at a club one night) and had to go to the medical centre. Thank you an awesome stay (7 nights). Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is unfinished and around the pool there isn’t enough shade. They put us in the old part of the hotel and where the bed was no aircon but in the other part of the room there was but didn’t cool bed area it was very hot so we dragged the beds mattresses in to the other room and slept on floor staff wouldn’t do anything to help we paid a lot of money for unfinished hotel. Looked at getting another hotel but very expensive and they wouldn’t refund nor would Expedia help us not happy

Hotel staff were wonderful! Breakfast was very nice, freshly made and varied. Hotel was kept very tidy but appears to be under construction in some areas and is very plain. (Add a plant or pot of flowers here and there?) I would not recommend the room (33) with the spa tub. The tub is basically in the center of the room with no divider of any sort for privacy, which isn’t so much of a problem, even though it’s very awkward to use the shower that’s placed right above the tub so high that the water barely rinses your shampoo. The problem is the tub plug does not hold water in so it’s impossible to use the spa tub! I reported this every day of our stay and it was never fixed so basically we didn’t have a functioning tub or proper shower at all. (Good thing our kids room next door had a regular shower so we used that). When I asked for consideration on the room rate at check out I was merely offered 20% off my incidental charges, which was basically nothing and did not satisfy us for our inconvenience in any way. Not a great way to get a repeat customer or promote good word of mouth or online reviews. When you rent a room you expect there to be basic comforts and a tub/shower is a basic necessity that we did not get nor were we compensated adequately.

The staff were the best part :)
Stayed here on our honeymoon. The hotel is outside of the main Mykonos town, and is not really walkable despite what it appears online. There is no walking path on these streets to get there. HOWEVER the front desk arranges a ride for you with their driver and it's 5 Euro and the driver is great. The hotel staff are wonderful and helped us arrange everything. Very kind, pleasant, and attentive. The room... you have to put your card in a slot to run electricity -- However you cannot turn the lights off all the way. Had to remove the key from the slot in order to sleep, meaning we couldn't charge our phones or have the air running. There was a jacussi in our room but it was not installed well, and no drainage was hooked up so it ran all over the floor and the jets didn't work. The paint was sort of thinning and not clean looking. I liked the comfort of the bed, breakfast was decent. Cocktails at the pool bar were OK not extraordinary, but overall a decent experience.

Lovely hotel!
Very cute hotel only 3 driving minutes to the city. You can experience the beautiful sunset from the balcony of your room. The staff is very kind and provides great concierge service.
