The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the Napanee river, less than a five minute drive to Napanee hospital. Grocery stores, restaurants, and banks are also close by. Self checking but we live close by if needed. TV with Netflix, no cable! Bring lawn chairs (IF more than 2 people). Two more cushions would have been appreciated. To the owner: Ask people in the upper unit to be aware that there are guests below them, so try to tread lightly, but that was NOT a major issue. It was a bit cool indoors at night. The air conditioner was off, but we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. To be fair though, we didn't contact the owner to ask. We 'fine dined' only a 5-minute walk away at the waterfront.
