Le point négatif principal reste la tentative insistante d’enrôlement au programme Premium Travel. L’approche nous a semblé assez forcée et ce n’était pas la meilleure expérience de vente. Une approche plus légère et moins insistante serait préférable pour les clients qui souhaitent simplement profiter de leur séjour en toute tranquillité."
