"Lovely spacious room, easy parking, excellent breakfast, helpful staff and nice pub!"

"The food was excellent"

"Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation."

"Great experience, great stuff"

"I've stayed here a few times, always very clean and a good night's sleep, staff are always happy to help and the breakfast choice is excellent, I would highly recommend this holiday inn"

"Enjoyed stay both this time and also previous stay, excellent customer service Never have I had to think about the cleanliness or good service as I’d give it a rating of 10/10 on every aspect of the stays"

"perfect place to stop fantastic staff beautiful room and exceptional food ideal location everything you could possibly want"

"Very good value and welcoming in every way.. A convenient location to reach from Bewdley steam railway and a short walk to the town centre. The staff on duty were a credit to the Severn Valley Guest House and i would recommend this as a place to stay."

"Nice and quiet, always have a good night sleep at the Bankhouse. Really enjoy the pool, sauna, and food too ☺️"

"A wonderful stay from start to finish."

"Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5."

"Lovely and clean and very quiet. The food was amazing however the drinks were well over priced and when we went to pay for the food they automatically added a 10% service charge on without asking."
