"The room was nice, king sized bed in a big room, annd it was clean. The hallways though, from the elevator to my room at the end of the hall, had not been vacuumed for many days. I arrived Thursday at 5pm, and left Monday at 10 am, and the hallway had the same debris present the whole time. If you go to the restaurant, order from the menu as the food is much better. The breakfast buffet was not good at all."

"Great hotel for an overnight layover. Conveniently located. Airport shuttle is available from the hotel, but had a hard time booking a pick up from the airport. Overall, would come back."

"If you have kids, this is the place to be. Huge water park with fun and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. I was expecting to hear a lot of kids running up and down the halls but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice place to stay."

"Everything was great except the shower water. It would go from burning hot to freezing without touching the knob. The front desk said that they would look into it and was responsive. They may have but I had to leave quickly in the morning without testing it. Overall a great experience just one mishap. The staff was fantastic though!"

"The staff was helpful! It is apparent that the maintenance/cleanliness is lacking. The cabinets in the bathroom/room where chipped, broken, missing trim - which you could tell was once there. The bathroom was dirty - I cleaned it. I picked up items that were left behind by previous guesses in the room itself. I thought a Wyndam hotel downtown would be nice - well kept. It was not. I will not be returning."
