Disappointed with the place. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Soaps from previous guests stays were still there (gross!!). No bath mat provided. And more importantly, no wifi!! We got a message that since too many guests were staying we could not log on. This was hugely inconvenient. Overall a very disappointing stay. Was expecting much better from a Comfort Inn.

It was clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable so we had a good night sleep.

Avoid this place at all costs
This has to be one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. On my second day there was no hot water in my shower at all. On top of this our rooms were not made up and cleaned when we returned in the afternoon on Day two. We told the front desk and they said that we we’re informed upon check-in that we have to notify them when we want our room made by putting the sign on the door (which I have never heard of being mandatory before). We were never told any of this at check-in at all, they were just trying to cover their tracks. We also chose pay at property as we had two seperate rooms and were to pay seperately yet the property charged my card in full for both rooms the day before travelling there. The room was not very clean and the shower was especially dirty. The cleanliness and service really let the experience down.

We are available 24/7 should there be any issues, in relation to your accommodation. As this was not brought to our attention, and we have checked since your review, there is no issue with the hot water, and we would have checked had you let us know. If you were not told about the tidies, we will address this, however when you came to reception you explained you had put it out in the afternoon, to which we advised the housekeeping team had gone home, we provided you with fresh towels and asked if there was anything else you required, at that time the hot water was not mentioned.We offered to refund you card however at check in you advised us that it was Ok to leave the payments as we had done, them.The rooms are checked before arrivals, and we are more than happy that the room including the bathroom where well presented, clean and tidy for your arrival.Thank you for staying with us.

At this time of year, we can get crickets it is part of nature, and they last around 3 weeks, therefore a cricket in you room would be what you had, and they can be mistaken for a cockroach as the seasons and weather changes, so does the activity of all creatures great and small. Well maintained room which was nice and quiet. Only complaint is the uncomfortable mattress (a half decent mattress topper would make a big difference) and the cheap, thin pillows.

A very enjoyable stay!
The Comfort Inn International Warrnambool, exceeded my expectations. It's well located nearby to local attractions and dining options, many within walking distance or a short drive. The room and amenities were in excellent condition and staff were welcoming and helpful. It provided peace of mind with free parking on site. It was also good value. I would definitely stay again.
