Amazing place to vacation with kids!

The place was beautiful. It was newly decorated and set up so well. They had an amazing outdoor entertainment space with grills, fridge, TV and sitting area. They are just across from Kinka beach. It is a good location to get to town and the marina. Great value. Highly recommend this motel.

We enjoyed our stay here as we used it for a home base for our tour out to Great Keppel Island. Nice and close to the Rosslyn Bay Marina and the Capricorn Forest for a walk. We didn’t go to the outdoor movie night, but that was a nice option. Staff were very helpful when we needed to change units quickly. The kitchen was especially nice for cooking.

The room was spotless and well appointed. Very courteous reception. Would recommend.

Lovely Bungalows! Clean, modern, great amenities (laundry, jetted tub, etc). The reception staff we excellent, offering to call ahead for us! The restaurant was also lovely. Our only advice would be to put a door on the twin room.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, one of the best I've seen. Close to shops. Easy drive to Great Keppell Island Ferry Depot and Capricorn Caves.

Easy access to everything and property was in very good condition with excellent ocean view and close to shops and beach.

Check in was quick and easy with very friendly staff. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals. The two bedroom unit we had was possibly one of the nicest and most functional units we have ever stayed in. The layout was excellent for us. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach and also made use of the rooftop pool and BBQ provided. The room was very clean and there were sufficient household goods (plates, dishes, kettle, dish soap, etc.). I was happy to use the in-suite washer and dryer...

Our room was clean, quiet, with good fridge and cooking facilities. Bathroom was a bit small. The pool was large enough to swim laps and in a quiet area behind the parking area. Shopping mall was just a few minute's drive away. Internet was intermittent although better in lobby, as in lots of towns in Australia. Manager was very helpful to any questions we had.
