I couldn't understand the receptionist, and his customer service was horrible. I admit I was a little frustrated with the pet policy, because most places I have stayed only charge a deposit. I know my pets, they would not damage or potty in the room. Once I accepted their pet policy ($25 per pet) he got nasty, pushed my credit card and ID across the counter, said I was immature and told me to leave. Maybe I was a little frustrated. I even told him I had, had a bad day and just needed a room. My best friend had recently passed and I was on the way to her funeral. Any good customer service rep would have dealt with the situation a lot more professionally. And he was wrong to ask me to leave because he thought I was "immature". Really? maybe he needs to grow up and learn to deal better with difficult people. I did not swear or yell at him. I was frustrated and dealing with the loss of my friend. He needs a lesson in empathy....
